These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Broadway Gym website and fitness facilities. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or facilities.
Membership at Broadway Gym is subject to the completion of a membership application and acceptance by our team. By signing a membership agreement, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined in your chosen plan. Membership fees are non-transferable and may be subject to periodic review.
We offer various membership tiers including flexible fortnightly plans and paid-in-full options. Details of current pricing, inclusions and terms for each plan are available at our reception desk and during the sign-up process.
Members and casual visitors use Broadway Gym's facilities and participate in classes at their own risk. It is a condition of membership and use of this gym that the operators — including directors, employees, instructors, members, servants and agents — are released from all liability howsoever arising from injury to you or damage to or loss of your property, howsoever caused, including where caused by negligence of the operators.
Members must comply with all gym rules, signage and staff instructions. Inappropriate behaviour, including harassment, aggressive conduct or misuse of equipment, may result in membership cancellation without refund.
The use of gym facilities and participation in exercise classes is potentially dangerous. Before commencing any exercise programme, we recommend consulting a medical professional, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries or concerns. Broadway Gym staff are fitness professionals, not medical practitioners, and any advice provided should not be taken as medical guidance.
Personal training and nutrition coaching services are provided as general fitness guidance. Programmes are designed based on information provided by the client during consultations. It is the client's responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries or medications. Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual adherence, genetics and external factors.
